Where can I buy tickets for NBA District?

Are Viagogo tickets valid?

Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Are tickets that are bought on other website valid?

Tickets bought from third party websites like Viagogo are NOT valid for entry, all fans with tickets issued by Viagogo will be barred from entering the venue. Always make sure to only buy tickets from the authorized ticketing agent.

How do digital tickets work?

Please note for this specific event, all tickets will be digital – via registering a Ticketmaster account. After the successful purchase of tickets, fans can access their tickets by either accessing it in My Account or by downloading the Ticketmaster App via Apple or Google Play Store. Tickets will only be available 72 hours before the event. All fans are required to transfer additional tickets to their friends/family attending with them making use of Ticket Transfer.

When do I get my tickets?

Ticket delivery will be delayed for this event, all fans will be notified when tickets are available to download/view. You will only receive an order confirmation after your purchase.
Tickets will only be available 3 days before the event.

What is ticket transfer?

Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Transfer is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile. Ticket Transfer will be active from 72 hours before the event date. Ticket Transfer does however not apply to a family unit where attendees are under age, in which case the tickets do not have to be transferred.

What are Official Platinum Tickets?

Platinum tickets are the best-seated tickets in the house. These tickets vary in price driven by demand from fans, similar to airline tickets and hotel rooms. By using this dynamic pricing, we give fans an opportunity to safely buy official tickets for the events they love right up to the date of the show. Official Platinum Tickets do not include any additional items, and only includes a ticket to the event.
